PRIDE

Honoring and uplifting the LGBTQ+ community, Pride Month is celebrated each June. It commemorates the hardships and struggles Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender people have faced, and remembers the 1969 Stonewall Riots for equality.

Today, Pride celebrations include parades, picnics, and parties; memorials and ceremonies are hosted in remembrance of the social, political and environmental impacts the LGBTQ community have created, and that spread equity to all.

Colleges of the Fenway stands as an ally to every member of the LGBTQ+ Community.
