The Colleges of the Fenway Leadership Management Program is a collaborative professional development program sponsored by the Colleges of the Fenway (COF) and Longwood Collective. The program was initiated to recognize and cultivate excellence among staff and faculty throughout the COF. The sessions are customized and facilitated by highly regarded trainers. The program also provides each participant with the invaluable opportunity to meet and learn with colleagues across the COF.
The LMP program runs in two tiers: LMP 101 and LMP 201. LMP 101 is geared towards managers with 0-3 years of experience, those taking on greater responsibility in their roles, or are positioned to move into management in the near future. LMP 201 is designed for seasoned managers with 4-5+ years of experience, or those moving into a progressively higher responsibility position.
The programs each meet on a monthly basis during the academic school year. Modalities shift year by year.
Cohorts are assembled in partnership with campus supervisors and HR teams. If you have an employee you would like to participate, please contact your HR team.
