William Fulbright Where do you want to go and what do you want to do there? U.S. Government Fulbright grants will fund art, research study or teaching English abroad. Undergraduate and graduate students, as well as recent alumni, are eligible to apply. Contact your Fulbright Program Advisor for information about the steps and process.
