When we first enter the world of work we do not all have a clear sense of who we are in that world – and perhaps even less sense of where the career journey will take us. Understanding your professional identity helps ground you and it also it guides your behavior and professional development. Having a strong understanding of your professional identity gives you both roots and wings – and that in turn can revolutionize your life.
During this session we will focus on the following key concepts:
• Assessing your core values.
• Developing your personal mission statement.
• Finding your voice as a professional.
• Being purposeful in your networking – building influence.
• Living into your brand.
