Block Party & After Party

This event offers a fantastic opportunity for local businesses and non-profits to engage with a diverse group of students from the Colleges of the Fenway consortium, which includes over 20,000 undergraduate and graduate students from Emmanuel College, Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Simmons University, and Wentworth Institute of Technology.

• Customer Recruitment: Engage with thousands of students who could become loyal customers. This will be their first week on campus and many are brand new to Boston!
• Employee Recruitment: Connect with potential part-time employees or interns from a pool of talented students with an array of majors.
• Volunteer Recruitment: Attract enthusiastic volunteers for your non-profit or community projects.
• Brand Visibility: Increase your brand’s visibility and awareness within the local student community.

This is a unique chance to showcase your products or services and build lasting connections with students. Vendors in the past have brought giveaways items, coupons, or samples.

• The vendor registration fee is $200. Register before August 15 for $140 (30% discount) with code:FENWAY.
• For businesses providing food or drinks, we may waive the registration fee. Please contact Jessie Williams at jwilliams@colleges-fenway.org about this in-kind opportunity.
• Non-profit vendors: The registration fee is waived for non-profits, allowing them to participate at no cost.
• Your registration fee covers parking, setup-space, one 6ft table, 2 chairs, and food bracelet for up to 3 staff at your table.

Looking to increase your visibility? Consider one of our event sponsorship opportunities. Sponsors will receive special recognition and benefits throughout the event and student events throughout September.

• Merchandise sponsor level at $5,000: Your logo appears on event marketing (flyers, website, social media) and a merchandise give-way at the event and priority table location at event. COF will also make your materials available at each individual campus’s club and org fair.
• COF Supporter level at $2,500: Your logo appears on the COF website and social media. You will also receive priority table location at event. COF will also make your materials available at each individual campus’s club and org fair.
• COF Friend level at $1,000: Your logo appears on the COF website and social media.
• Priority deadline is August 15, 2024.

While most are, not all businesses and organizations are a good fit for this event. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel the registration or sponsorship of any business or organizations including but not limited to political organizations, religious organizations, advocacy groups, hate groups, businesses with adult-themed products or services, and businesses that promote products or services that are not aligned with campus policies.
