Join one of the most popular sports of the COF intramural program, 7v7 Flag Football. There are two leagues available, Open-Competitive and Open-Recreation. All equipment is provided. Games take place on Sundays between the hours of 4pm-10pm at Clemente Field. Leagues use NIRSA (National Intramural and Recreational Sports Association) rules. The season will consist of four regular season games and two weeks to complete a playoff tournament and consolation games. All are welcome but must be a current student, faculty, or staff member of COF.
- Regular Season will be from October 6th to November 10th.
- Playoffs will be from November 17th to November 24th.
