Allison O’Connor

Director of Collaborative Business Services

Allison O’Connor has over 20 years of experience in higher education and non-profit sectors, focusing on strategic planning, project management, and policy development. She has held leadership roles at Curry College, Colleges of the Fenway, Inc., and Boston University. Currently, she is the Director of Academic Programs and Professional Development at Colleges of the Fenway, having rejoined in 2024 after serving as Director of Procurement at Curry College. Allison is active in various professional organizations, including the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts, and she is a member of the Project Management Institute Mass Bay. She has completed both the New York City and Chicago marathons and holds a BA from Assumption University and an MA in higher education administration from Boston College.


Ashley Scire

Director of Sport and Recreation

Ashley Scire became the Director of Sports and Recreation at Colleges of the Fenway (COF) in April 2024, after serving as Associate Director of Athletics at Wentworth Institute of Technology. She has extensive experience in collegiate athletics, having coached at Princeton University, where she led the Women’s Ice Hockey team to the ECAC Hockey Tournament semifinals and an NCAA Division I Tournament in 2019. Previously, as Head Coach at Plymouth State University, she transformed the program and earned ECAC East Coach of the Year honors. Scire has also held various administrative roles, overseeing student-athlete committees, game management, and fundraising. A former standout player at Union College, she led her team in scoring and was named Unsung Hero. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Union College and a Master’s in Legal Studies from Albany Law School. In addition to her coaching, she joined the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Ice Hockey Rules Committee in 2020.


Sondra Schreiber

Director of Global Education Opportunities (GEO) Center

Sondra Schreiber joined Colleges of the Fenway in September 2024 as the Director of the Global Education Opportunities (GEO) Center. With over 15 years of experience in international education, she has worked in International Student and Scholar Services, Education Abroad, and Intensive English Programs in U.S. institutions, and taught English in China. Previously, she served as Director of Global Health at Des Moines University for nearly eight years, where she created global opportunities for medical students and developed international partnerships. Sondra has also held positions at Virginia Tech and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She holds an MA in Educational Administration from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cycling, hiking, live music, theatre, and is an avid women’s basketball fan.
