The official start of the year-long festivities was September 15th beginning with our Block Party and Taste of the Fenway. One of the many services available to COF faculty staff and students is our ever popular and growing Fenway Card program. Thanks to the excellent ideas of our Anniversary Planning Committee made up of representatives from each of the colleges (Peg Johnson, MCPHS; Kathleen Lawlor, MCPHS; Jenn Michaels, MCPHS; Susan Chudd, Simmons College; Allyson Irish, Simmons College; Nikki Van Der Pol, Simmons College; Eric Maitland, Wheelock College; Marcia Sailor, Wentworth Institute of Technology; Claire Ramsbottom, College of the Fenway; Michele Rosenthal, Colleges of the Fenway; Debbie Pepper, College of the Fenway): throughout the school year, a sub-set of the over 80 participating Fenway card retailers, will join the celebration by offering a 15% discount on the 15th of each month. And as part of the Block Party some of the Fenway Card restaurants are also participating in the “Taste of Fenway” and will provide a chance to sample some of the food they offer to our college community.
