MASSACHUSETTS COLLEGE OF ART AND DESIGN CROSS REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

Students from COF schools wishing to enroll in a MassArt Faculty-led Travel Course must:

1. Search and apply for MassArt programs
   
   
2. Submit your completed MassArt Application to the MassArt Office of International Education Programs (Kennedy Building, 2nd floor).
   
   
3. Upon acceptance into the course, confirm your participation by filling out the MassArt Travel Course Registration Form (enrolls you into the course) and COF Cross Registration Form (assigns you a MassArt ID number for billing).
   
   
4. You must also submit a $750 non-refundable deposit check to the MassArt International Education Office. This deposit will be posted as a credit to your MassArt student account.  
   
   
5. The remaining balance of the Travel Course Fee is due to the MassArt Business Office.

Cross-registered students pay tuition costs to their home institution, but pay program costs to MassArt (Travel Course Fee).
