
Colleges of the Fenway STEM Scholars
Funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation, this program offers students research and internship opportunities, academic and career planning assistance, faculty mentoring and peer support, a four week Pre-College Workshop held in the month of August, and three STEM Scholar seminars or field-trips each semester with faculty.
Eligibility:
3.0 or higher high school GPA or 550 or higher Math SAT (students who have take the Math ACT may submit score)
Intention to major in a STEM discipline (clinical science majors (nursing, physical therapy, etc.) are not eligible for this program)
Greater Boston area resident, with preference to those who live in Boston
Demonstration of financial need – according to federal guidelines
Commitment to full participation in all phases of the program and meetings
